Personnel Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Support professional to join our client in Banbury. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining excellent customer relations by providing efficient administrative and support services. This role involves handling customer enquiries, managing data, and supporting sales administration activities.

Perm for the right candidate

Initially looking for temp cover.

8.30am - 5.30pm

Monday to Friday

£12.71ph - an increased rate for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

* Maintain accurate records using CRM software and update customer information regularly.

* Support the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

* Organise schedules, appointments, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth workflow.

* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

* Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and in compliance with company policies.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and systems.

Skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.

* Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.

* Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

* Demonstrated ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently.

* Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software applications quickly.

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Proven customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions.

* Strong organisational skills coupled with computer literacy and attention to detail. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, proactive, and eager to deliver exceptional support within a busy customer service environment.
