Core finance and reporting

* Implementing and maintaining automations using tools such as Power Automate
* Supporting system upgrades, process redesign and regression testing
* Managing data imports and exports (e.g. CSV files)
* Maintaining clear documentation to support system use and strong internal controls
* Recommending and implementing improvements to systems, controls and procedures

Projects and insight

* Contributing to ad‑hoc finance and business projects
* Using dashboards and analytical tools (such as Power BI) to translate data into clear, meaningful insight
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting projects that turn ideas into action

To enjoy and succeed in this role, you will have:

* Experience working within a finance team, delivering tasks accurately and to agreed timetables
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and tell a clear story with data
* Experience identifying and implementing improvements to processes or ways of working
* Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels and building effective working relationships
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience of business partnering or client‑facing finance roles

And ideally (but not essentially):

* Experience with Oracle NetSuite
* Familiarity with automation or workflow tools such as Power Automate

You’ll also bring the following personal qualities:

* A curious, proactive approach and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement
* Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confidence taking ownership of your own learning and development
* The ability to turn numbers into insight and communicate this clearly
* A positive, flexible "can‑do" attitude
* Strong organisation, time‑management and prioritisation skills

Please note, we recruit on a rolling basis so early applications are recommended to avoid disappointment.

If you need any assistance in relation to a personal requirement, medical condition or neurological difference during our selection process then please let us know.

Benefits

* A competitive salary and access to our profit share scheme
* A flexible selection of employee benefits, so you can choose a package that best matches your lifestyle and needs
* A collaborative and encouraging work environment where your thinking and ideas are encouraged
* On‑site mental health and wellbeing assistance
* A commitment to helping you develop both personally and professionally, with mentoring opportunities and access to our award‑winning learning portal, Aspire
* Regular social activities, in addition to three days paid volunteering leave each year and a day's leave to celebrate your birthday
* Hybrid working so you can enjoy the positive wellbeing of working from home as well as the benefits of meeting colleagues in our sociable, modern office environments – with the expectation of two "in‑office" days per week
* A flexible working window, allowing colleagues the freedom to work flexibly between the hours of 7am and 7pm
