Position: RELOCATION CONSULTANT (Sales)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Relocation Consultant to join the UK Relocation Sales Team based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Responsible for generating specification and project opportunities through existing and new client base within the given geographical area or area of responsibility.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
* Successfully qualify new leads / opportunities by addressing clients’ requirements
* Build strong working relationships with appropriate agents, high-profile business figures, customers and colleagues
* Handle complaints and objections to the best of ability
* Be focused on Scheme Creation / Business Development / Client and Partner Experience
* Carry out in-depth video and site based surveys at customers home in-order to provide detailed quotations
* Actively promote the business via social media activity, networking and webinars in line with the long-term business plan and strategy as and when required
* Carry out technical CPD by attending seminars and training sessions to actively increase profile and core skills
* Assist the marketing department with project workings and case studies to generate business interest
* Drive revenue and profit margin to achieve personal, team and business targets
* To be up to date with all competitor activity within target area and to report any significant events/ situations to the wider Group
* Work closely with line managers to ensure all KPI's are met
* Attend monthly sales meetings to report, sales data information supporting monthly wins, pending accounts, promising future prospects and the following month’s targets, actions and booked meetings
Remuneration & Benefits Package:
* Competitive Salary £37,000 - £40,000 (per annum) DOE
* Quarterly paid commission

Experience & Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service and organisational skills – Essential
* Previous Sales & Customer Service experience (3 years minimum) – Essential
* Computer literate; CRM systems, Word, Excel, Data entry – Essential
* Previous Domestic, European and International knowledge of the Removals industry – Preferred
* Multilingual – Desirable
* Previous international operations experience – Desirable
* Previous logistics, property or estate agency experience – Desirable
* Full UK drivers’ licence (due to location)
