Gap Personnel Telford are currently recruiting for an experienced Punch Operator on a permanent basis to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Hortonwood, Telford .
Salary & Hours as a punch operator:
* £27,276.45 per annum
* 10% shift allowance
* 8.33% annual bonus
* Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm/2pm - 10pm – no weekends
The Role as a punch operator:
* Operating Amada Punch machines
* Reading and working from engineering drawings using Windchill
* Carrying out quality control checks to ensure high standards
* Using a counterbalance forklift (desirable)
* Being flexible to support production requirements
What We’re Looking For as a punch operator:
* Previous experience operating Amada Punch machines
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Good attention to detail and quality
* Reliable, flexible, and a team player
