Superior Healthcare is seeking experienced Complex Healthcare Assistants to join our team supporting children and adults with complex health needs in East Sussex. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients live fulfilled lives while their clinical needs are expertly managed.
As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you join our complex care team and will work long-term with one or a small number of clients. You will benefit from a fixed rota with the option of overtime. How we'll support you: Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us and paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors. If a client's needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you, as a community care assistant, can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills. Key Responsibilities Manage complex clinical tasks including: Ventilation management
PEG/J enteral feeding
Bowel management
Bipap support
Medication administration
Oral suctioning
Tracheostomy care
Shifts Available - Days and Nights. Benefits: Competitive hourly rates: £14.30 - £17.60 Higher pay rates (up to 30% more) for clients with advanced clinical needs.
Bank holiday rates of pay - £21.45 - £30.80 per hour
