Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Kitchen Sales Designer role based in Aldershot. As part of the team, you will design and sell kitchens tailored to meet customer needs, providing expert advice while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include creating bespoke kitchen designs, building strong relationships with customers and tradespeople, and supporting the sales process to achieve targets and drive customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Howdens' extensive product offerings.
Qualifications
* Experience in Kitchen & Bath Design and Cabinetry, with attention to detail and creativity in delivering functional, appealing designs.
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively and build positive relationships with clients and tradespeople.
* Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet targets, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to customers.
* Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment and contribute to shared goals.
* Familiarity with design software and tools used in kitchen planning is beneficial.
* Enthusiasm for helping customers achieve their vision and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Previous experience in a retail or trade environment is advantageous but not required.
