As the Home Manager, you'll enjoy a salary of £65,000 plus a bonus, private healthcare cover, and you'll be entitled to 35 days of annual leave, and a contributory pension scheme.

As the Home Manager, you'll be responsible for:
All aspects of care within the home, from budgeting and staffing to maintaining compliance with CIW standards and regulations.
Utilising your clinical background and active NMC Pin to uphold evidence-based practice.
Demonstrating excellent commercial awareness, ideally within the care industry.
Multi-tasking and prioritising effectively to improve care quality.
