Fram Search is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing pensions provider to hire a Commercial Property Administrator. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll manage your own portfolio of commercial properties held within pension schemes, acting as a key point of contact for advisers, clients, and third-party partners. This opportunity has arisen due to internal progression, and the firm is genuinely committed to helping ambitious individuals broaden their skillset and explore new areas of the business over time. What you’ll be doing: Managing end-to-end processes for commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and transfers Drafting, arranging, and updating lease documentation, including rent reviews and renewals Coordinating with external bodies to ensure all lease-related changes (e.g., utilities, business rates) are correctly actioned Overseeing all aspects of property insurance, ensuring policies remain accurate and up to date Monitoring mortgage commitments, including balance reviews and supporting new applications Processing invoices and ensuring smooth financial administration across your property portfolio Completing VAT submissions in line with required deadlines Helping refine internal workflows, supporting junior team members, and contributing to improvements driven by regulatory updates Who we’d love to speak to: Those with experience in property administration who may also bring knowledge of pensions or wider Financial Services. Strong communication skills and solid Microsoft Office capability are essential.
