Paint Shop Operative Required! BE Recruitment are looking for a Paint Shop Operative for an engineering company based in Shepshed, Loughborough. The role will be working within the paint shop. Opportunities to progress within the company. Temp - Perm position & Full training provided. Duties: Helping within paint shop section Prepping of metal Paint Spraying Tack Welding Assembly - use of hand, power, airtools. General Duties. Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 07:30am - 16:30pm 1-hour lunch break Pay: £13 P/H Starting OT -1.3x / 1.5x Temp to Perm! Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills. Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
