This is a welfare support and mentoring role working with cohorts of students in one of our ‘Houses’.We are an 11 - 16 school, which is rapidly expanding in terms of pupil numbers. Your core focus will be supporting students in removing barriers to learning and developing strategies from an emotional and wellbeing perspective to learn successfully. Your mentoring will be bespoke depending on the needs of the child and you will work closely with learning families and the pastoral team on a whole school capacity.
