We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established and fast-growing provider of security and facilities management services, who are looking for an experienced national sales manager to help drive strategic sales growth across the UK. This is a senior, field-based sales role focused on identifying and converting new business opportunities across key sectors including commercial property, FM, construction, and public sector contracts. While much of the focus will be in the South and South East regions, the role includes managing and developing national-level opportunities. The successful candidate will be a strong closer with a track record of generating and converting pipeline opportunities. This is not a desk-based role — it’s suited to someone who thrives on building face-to-face relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and working with autonomy. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across physical security (CCTV, manned guarding) and FM services - so experience is preferred in one or more of these areas * Build and manage a strong national pipeline with focus across the South and wider UK as needed * Lead face-to-face meetings, site visits, and solution presentations with key decision-makers * Respond to tender opportunities and oversee the production of bespoke proposals * Track sales performance, maintain accurate client records, and report on pipeline progression * Work closely with the Director team to scope out tailored service offerings that align with client needs * Attend regular weekly team and strategy meetings at the company’s Borehamwood head office * Represent the business with professionalism, insight, and commercial focus What We’re Looking For: * Strong track record in B2B sales within security, FM, cleaning, or related outsourced services * Proven ability to manage a full sales process — from lead generation through to close * Self-starter with excellent pipeline discipline and target focus * Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and winning new accounts * Based within commutable distance to Borehamwood for meetings * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally as required What’s on Offer: * Salary between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience * Commission structure and car allowance * Opportunity to shape and grow a national client portfolio * A senior role within a well-established and ambitious organisation * Autonomy, flexibility, and long-term progression for the right person
