Are you a natural relationship builder with a knack for navigating high-energy, fast-moving markets?
We’re seeking a Senior Sales Professional to take ownership of customer relationships in the dynamic African textile reuse market, with a particular focus on Ghana. These roles are vital to maintaining momentum and continuity of the business long-term.
Build and nurture meaningful, long-term relationships with customers in African markets, especially Ghana.
Understand customer needs in detail to tailor packing lists and ensure product quality meets local market expectations.
Coordinate with UK-based production and quality teams to manage feedback and uphold product standards.
Travel to Africa every 6–8 weeks (up to quarterly) to meet with customers, support handovers, and stay hands-on with the market.
Proven experience in sales, customer account management, or business development, ideally in textiles or textile recycling, though we welcome strong candidates from other consumer goods sectors.
Able to grasp the nuances of textile branding, sorting, and quality quickly, you’ll go beyond just taking orders.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex logistics like packing lists and export quality control.
