Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to make a real difference as a Commercial Finance Business Partner in an international B2B organisation.Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director the Finance Business Partner plays a pivotal role in the organisation.The role will be responsible for;
3. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
4. Partner with Sales and Operational teams to create budgets and forecasts.
5. Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
6. Prepare and present financial models to support investment decisions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
9. Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
10. Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
12. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
13. Experience working in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
14. Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting tools.
15. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
16. The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with three days a week in the office in Swansea.
