As a Compensation Analyst / Associate you will support the compensation strategy and execution for key businesses within the Asset and Wealth Management LOB as well as contribute to the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Compensation Agenda.
In this role, you will perform a variety of compensation activities, including providing guidance to line and HR management regarding compensation actions for employees, administering/coordinating annual compensation planning processes, and analysing and reporting internal and external market compensation data.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and administrative tasks for our annual compensation processes, working with different business lines and HR and Finance teams.
Provide support on compensation activities, including new hire offers, promotions, transfers, and budget planning.
Participate in compensation surveys and analyze data to support our needs.
Support projects related to compensation, including policy reviews and system updates.
Become an expert in our compensation reporting tools and help deliver accurate reports and insights.
Bring fresh ideas to improve our compensation programs and ensure they align with our business strategy.
Contribute to the EMEA Compensation Agenda, including region-specific activities.
