We are looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Facilitator to play a key role in the delivery of our Engineering curriculum. You'll be at the heart of a busy environment, keeping things running smoothly and safely, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
* Prepare, maintain and organise workshop tools, machinery and materials.
* Support staff by demonstrating, instructing and guiding students during practical sessions.
* Carry out routine maintenance.
* Manage stock levels and ensure efficient use of resources.
Qualifications
* Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant vocational area.
* GCSE in Maths and English A‑C/9‑4 or equivalent.
* Experience of working in the Engineering or Education sector.
* First Aid qualification or willingness to achieve within 6 months.
