All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to £13.50 per hour! This is working Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am, Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm and Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service. On top of your salary you can earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility). JOB SUMMARY The Rudding Park team's core purpose is to create timeless memories and instinctive care in exceptional spaces. To ensure that all meeting rooms are set in accordance with business requirements on daily basis. Ensure all rooms are maintained on daily basis with correct layouts even when not in use. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure cleanliness of all function rooms and surrounding spaces including external areas of House. To ensure all rooms are set in co-ordination with bookings for function rooms. GENERAL Be responsible for Health and Safety as an individual and also to work colleagues, guests and the business, reporting concerns through the Health and Safety processes and procedures. Ensure continuous professional development of self, including attending required training courses and seeking means of developing within the business Promote continuous improvement in the level of quality and guest care provided by the business and make proposals/suggestions where applicable Respect colleagues and the working environment at all times. Ensure high standard of dress and self-presentation within the working environment Undertake any other duties commensurate within the position for which you are qualified.
