The position requires proven leadership within M&E project delivery, commercial management, cost control, planning, reporting and client communication. Experience managing multiple live projects, supervising teams, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring full compliance with technical and safety standards is essential. Strong understanding of M&E installations, project programming, procurement, valuations, final accounts and overall project delivery is important, along with a background working for M&E contractors or similar organisations across Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties.Role OverviewThe Senior M&E Project Manager will lead projects from initial survey through to completion, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery.
Projects include commercial units, warehouses, light industrial sites and general contracting environments. There is no residential work.
