As we prepare for our initial Ofsted registration and inspection, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to lead our home with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.
Role Description
As the Care Home Manager, you will play a critical role in the development and launch of our service. You will be responsible for the operational management of the home, staff recruitment and training, policy development, and Ofsted readiness
Qualifications
1. Lead the setup and registration process of the home with Ofsted.
2. Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
3. Prepare and lead the team through initial Ofsted inspections.
4. Recruit, train, and supervise a dedicated care team.
5. Develop care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child or young person.
6. Promote a culture of safeguarding, resilience, and empowerment.
