Role:
* This is a leadership role.
* Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager you will work closely with hundreds of customers and the production team, taking complete ownership of the lifecycle of the service, analysing performance, driving behavioural and system change, with the aim of improving the efficiency of the service and the profitability of the operation.
* This is a potentialy a stepping stone role, to gain the commercial skills that will support progression to Operations Management in 1/2 years.
* You will be a 'key person' responsible for the acievement of demanding targets and profitability improvement.
* This is a high profile role that will bring you into contact with very senior stakeholders and hundreds of customers.
* You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.

Remuneration:
£33,000 - £37,000 + 15% Bonus
