They're now looking for a Performance Manager to join their Client Experience team in Manchester - someone who can confidently lead client relationships, steer omnichannel media strategies, and deliver outstanding results.
What you'll be doing:
* Acting as the main point of contact for your clients - leading meetings, shaping strategies, and ensuring best-in-class service.
* Managing budgets, deals, and campaigns across multiple channels, from planning through to optimisation and reporting.
* Collaborating with internal specialists across media, data, technology and creative to deliver integrated growth solutions.
* Mentoring junior team members and helping to raise the bar across client services.
* Spotting new opportunities, fresh ideas and smarter ways of working - contributing to the agency's growth journey.
Profile
* Strong account management experience within a media or digital agency environment.
* Comprehensive knowledge of media planning, buying, and performance optimisation.
* Confident with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, AdWords, and Facebook Business Manager (bonus points if you know Experian, Mediatel, TGI, or Addynamix).
* A commercially-minded, proactive problem solver who thrives on delivering value.
* Someone who's happy to take the lead, make decisions, and own client relationships.
Job Offer
* A competitive salary of £30000-£36000, depending on experience.
