Are you passionate about driving transformation through data, insight, and collaboration? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex problems? Southern Water is seeking a Senior Transformation Office Analyst to join our dynamic Transformation Office team.
About the Role
As a Senior Transformation Office Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enabling and improving key processes across our transformation portfolio. You’ll lead performance reporting, manage our PPM tool (Wave), and act as the main interface with our strategic partner McKinsey to ensure the successful delivery of system enhancements.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent adoption of transformation processes, support workstream leads, and produce insight-driven reports and dashboards that help drive decision-making and performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead development and continuous improvement of TO processes and Wave configuration.
2. Own performance reporting across hygiene, delivery, and outcomes.
3. Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for Wave.
4. Support TO meetings, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.
5. Produce monthly reporting packs and dashboards for executive review.
6. Maintain transformation documentation including change logs, risk logs, and the TO handbook.
7. Provide assurance reviews and support communication across the transformation portfolio.

10. Curious, proactive, and highly organised.
11. Comfortable working in a high-paced, change-driven environment.
12. Knowledge of project management, PMO, and change management.
13. Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools is highly desirable.

Package
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Worthing office and home, 2-3 days a week (with Monday to Wednesday being the preferred office days).
