The Role: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons in line with the national curriculum. Teach across KS3 and KS4 (A-Level teaching available if experienced). Monitor and assess student progress, implementing strategies to raise attainment. Create a positive and purposeful classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement. Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives. The Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
