Join our graduate programme
Oliver Bernard are looking for 2025 graduates to join our graduate training programme. We will help you build lifelong skills such as business development, sales, outreach and networking, building relationships, stakeholder management, personal branding plus more. This will help pave the way to a successful recruitment career.
⭐️SALARY: 24K basic salary plus uncapped monthly commission. Expected earnings: Year 1 £35,000-£40,000, Year 2 £50,000-£70,000, Year 3 £80,000+

GRADUATE REQUIREMENTS:
* BA or BSc degree, 2025 graduate
* Ambitious and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and progress within the company
* Able to build relationships
* Money motivated
* Resilient with determination to succeed
* Competitive - ideally interested in team sports.
* Excellent telephone manner with strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to manage time sensitive tasks
