Job Description
Organizational Placement
The Field Service Engineer reports to the Service Manager and is in charge of installation, service and repair of the machineries. He/She is also responsible for our customers' operating training.
Activities
* Provide mechanical installation, repair and maintenance service on our machineries to our customers sites
* Responsible for maintenance & operating training to customer representatives
* Ensure trouble shooting analyze and diagnose for all machineries malfunctioning cases, whether mechanical, electronic/electrical, and pneumatic
* Service intervention directly to customer sites in order to make all necessary arrangements to ensure the efficient and successful problem resolution
* Service Reporting
* Establish a good working relationship with customers on all sites and ensure their satisfaction at all times
* Ensure the Company polices and guidelines are adhered to at all times
* Ensure all company equipment is kept secure at all times
Requirements
* Experience in technical service interventions mainly on industry machineries
* Technical Diploma or Equivalent
* Troubleshooting
* Mechanical, electronic/electrical, and pneumatic principles knowledge
* Expertise in the use of mechanical and electrical measuring instruments
* Able to programme in Siemens, Fanuk, Omron, Heidenhain languages
* Availale and able to travel at worldwide level (an average of 200 business trips per year)
* Problem solving attitude
* High level of English (knowledge of a second language)
