Registered Manager – New Luxury Residential Care Home
Location: Westcliff-on-Sea
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a newly opened, medium-sized luxury residential care home in Westcliff-on-Sea. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a high-specification, purpose-built home that is already operational and ready to grow under strong, dynamic leadership.
As Registered Manager, you’ll ensure the home maintains high standards of person-centred care, compliance, and service excellence. You’ll lead a dedicated team in providing outstanding care in a warm, elegant, and well-resourced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective leadership and day-to-day operational management
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
* Oversee individual care plans, ensuring regular reviews and updates
* Lead and motivate a team committed to delivering exceptional care
* Manage budgets and resources efficiently
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Promote the home within the local community and support occupancy growth
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing setting
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
* Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Solid understanding of CQC standards and compliance
* A genuine commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
