Front of House Coordinator
Location: Beeston
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a professional, corporate environment? We're looking for a Front of House Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our client's Beeston, Nottingham head office.
What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome.
Support client technology and use the correct branding language - full training provided.
Assist with access cards, escorting guests to meeting rooms or event hosts.
Log all contractors and visitors into the access system, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
Manage room bookings and client requests, ensuring meeting rooms are presentable and ready.
Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
Deliver a proactive, high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Support with workspace activities, including office moves, declutters, and furniture delivery.
Assist with pavilion or charity event coordination, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
Support the helpdesk and cross-training initiatives across the FM team.
Manage and administer the room booking system, acting as the subject matter expert.
Assist the FM Manager, gaining exposure to broader facilities management responsibilities.What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a corporate environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
PC literacy - confident using Microsoft systems.
Understanding of SLA's/KPI's, contracts, and supplier/contractor management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
