Job Opportunity: HR Coordinator / Senior HR Coordinator
CRS is assisting a leading client in Aberdeen to source a full-time HR Coordinator / Senior HR Coordinator. This role offers a varied generalist HR experience.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for employees
* Maintain personnel records and HR documents (e.g., employment records, onboarding guides)
* Update the Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
* Ensure work complies with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems
* Administer HR documentation including contracts, benefits, and training records
* Monitor employment terms and contractual changes
* Track probation and performance review deadlines, liaising with managers
* Support recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, shortlisting, issuing offers
* Conduct employee inductions and coordinate onboarding
* Attend meetings and take minutes as required
* Maintain HRMS accuracy and compliance with legislation
* Support organizational change initiatives
* Report on HR metrics regularly
* Assist in HR projects and administrative tasks
* Manage training records and coordinate training sessions
* Coordinate leavers process and documentation
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and visas
* Prepare monthly reports for payroll
* Administer performance appraisals and support training needs analysis
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience as an HR Coordinator or similar HR/administrative role
* Experience with HRMS
* Knowledge of HR processes and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
* HR-related qualification (completed or in progress)
* Experience with SharePoint
* Full UK Driving Licence
Offer Details
Competitive salary (£32,000 - £38,000, negotiable), benefits include health cash plan, employee assistance, retail discounts, cycle scheme, and more. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
