Job Description
We are a UK food & beverage distributor looking for a part time office administrator. This person will coordinate successful processing of all orders and ensure accurate fulfilment and delivery to customers.
What You Will Do:
* Review and process new orders as they come in
* Coordinate order updates with customers as necessary
* Create purchase orders for submission to third party suppliers
* Ensure accurate shipment and scheduling of orders to customers
* Notifying customers of any stock issues and/or shipment delays
* Respond to customer enquiries
* Process sample requests for potential new customers
Skills / Experience:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good time management
* Previous administration experience preferred
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is an office based position located in Reading (RG1), UK
