Lorien is working with a leading services organisation based in Bradford, currently seeking a 1st/2nd Line Engineer to support their internal and external customers.
You will collaborate with other technical teams (Infrastructure, Security, and Software Development) to assist with account creation and access management across Group IT Systems.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st/2nd line support
* Provision new laptops for new starters and coordinate with HR for inductions
* Log and process support calls and requests, meeting SLA targets
* Deliver comprehensive IT systems support
* Create and maintain key documentation
* Perform trend analysis of Service Desk software and generate reports
Skills:
* M365 Administration
* O365
* IP Telephone Systems
* Networking
* Mac OS and Windows Desktop
* Anti-virus and Drive Encryption (ESET, transitioning to MS Defender)
* ITIL
This role is based on a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week.
Note: This client does not offer sponsorship; candidates must reside locally to the Bradford office.
