Qualifications:
About you:
* Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
* Experience setting sales and customer service targets, analyzing sales, staff scheduling
* Experience with inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
* Track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
* Experience creating and executing in-store events
* Flexible availability; discuss your schedule with the hiring manager
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Proof of right to work in the country
