Treasury Operations Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £70,000–£80,000 + benefits
We are partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in London to recruit a Treasury Operations Manager. This is a key role within the finance function, responsible for overseeing day-to-day treasury operations, strengthening controls, and ensuring efficient liquidity and cash management across the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will take ownership of operational treasury activities while driving process improvements and enhancing reporting accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity management and funding activities
* Manage banking relationships, mandates and online banking platforms
* Monitor and forecast short- and medium-term cashflow requirements
* Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments and funding transactions
* Maintain and enhance treasury controls, policies and procedures
* Support debt management, revolving credit facilities and drawdowns
* Lead treasury reporting, including liquidity dashboards and management information
* Drive automation and system improvements (TMS enhancement experience desirable)
* Act as key contact for internal and external audit queries
* Line management of treasury analysts (where applicable)
About You
* Proven experience within Treasury Operations, Cash Management or Corporate Treasury
* Strong understanding of liquidity management and treasury controls
* Experience managing bank relationships and payment processes
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business
* Strong Excel skills and experience with Treasury Management Systems
* Professional qualification (ACCA, ACT, ACA or similar) desirable but not essential
