Commercial Gas Engineer – Based in South-West
Up to £42000 + Benefits
Established 20 years ago, our client a specialist in the Mechanical & Electrical sector with a specific focus in the MOD sector are looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join the team and cover a wide range of work including annual services through to full installations.
To apply for the Commercial Gas Engineer role the following is required:
* At least 5+ years’ experience as a Qualified Gas Engineer holding as many of the following as possible:
* COCN1, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CPA1, TPCP1A, UVHW
* Demonstrate a range of work experience, whether on site independently or as part of a larger team
* Either be DBS checked or be able to complete a vetting process (BPSS)
* Be used to an On-Call rota (current rota is 1 in 8)
* Full driving license
Typical duties for the Commercial Gas Engineer will include:
* Covering air handling units and gas boilers carrying out servicing, fault finding and testing
* Maintenance and PPM and to ensure all work complies with company policies
* Maintain standards on site and ensure Health and Safety guidelines are met.
* Actively seek new training and qualifications to progress your career.
* Working in a region of the South West (dependent on home location)

* Basic up to £42000 (DOE)

* 22 days holiday + BH
* 40 hour a week plus overtime
