Payroll Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors ECP Focus) – UK (Flexible Location)
* £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + package
* UK-based (flexible on UK location)
* Remote role with c.2 days per month in Sussex (travel and accommodation covered)
You will play a key role in delivering both weekly and monthly payrolls, supporting a diverse workforce, and managing complex payroll queries. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted subject matter expert, particularly in relation to SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
This position offers flexibility in working location within the UK, alongside occasional travel to the Sussex office.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering both weekly and monthly payrolls, supporting a diverse workforce, and handling complex payroll queries. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and act as a reliable subject matter expert, particularly in relation to SAP SuccessFactors ECP.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly payrolls
* Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, ensuring best practice usage and optimisation
* Support complex payroll queries across all levels of the organisation
* Assist with audit requests and compliance activities
* Provide cover and support for payroll leadership when required
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and fiscal changes
Essential Experience & Skills
* Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience – essential
* Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll within an in-house environment
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements
* Advanced Excel skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
* Experience managing payroll queries via ticketing systems
* High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
