Responsibilities
The Area Manager is responsible for the delivery of a front line, comprehensive housing service within the Mid Ulster Area, and will lead and support their team to meet the needs of customers and other business objectives. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
Requirements
* Possess a degree level qualification (level 6) or equivalent professional qualification.
* OR demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND have at least 4 years' experience working within a housing function.
