* Location: Ballykelly, Limavady

* Pay: £12.97 per hour (Paid Weekly)
* Hours: Contracted hours are 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. Currently, staff are working various shift patterns between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
* Length of Assignment: Until 31/12/2025 (Likely extension)
Job Responsibilities
This role is telephony-based. Main duties include:
1. Answering calls within agreed timescales, taking personal responsibility to maximize availability and deliver an accessible, effective service.
2. Working collaboratively to promote resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
3. Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Building rapport with colleagues and customers.
5. Contributing to a team environment.
6. Working accurately within deadlines and achieving targets.
7. Possessing basic IT skills with an aptitude for learning new systems.
8. Being organized with good time management skills.
