We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established small manufacturing company based in Bedwas, Caerphilly, for a Production Operative to join their friendly and hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out light manufacturing and assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure product quality
* Follow work instructions and health & safety procedures at all times
* Support production targets and deadlines as part of a small team
* Keep the work area clean and organised
Key Requirements:
* Good hand–eye coordination and dexterity
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for the duration of the shift
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is helpful but not essential — full training provided
* Own transport or ability to travel reliably to Bedwas
