Fleet Acquisition & Account Manager – Fast Growth SaaS & Technology Automotive Service Provider
A newly created role is now open for a Fleet Acquisition & Account Manager – an opportunity suited to someone commercially minded, self-driven, and motivated by building something with real impact. This position offers the agility of a startup with the stability of a well-funded, growing business.
The total compensation package is £40,000-£50,000 basic with up to a £55k OTE, with a flexible base/commission split, company car, private healthcare, 4% pension contribution, and 25 days of annual leave. The successful candidate will be home based with weekly travel into their London office, working within a collaborative team that values autonomy, initiative, and clarity over fluff.

Key responsibilities include:
* Acquiring new small fleet customers (typically SMEs with up to 50 vehicles)
* Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and onboarding
* Developing and expanding long-term relationships with clients to drive growth
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
* Proven B2B sales or partnership experience, ideally with SME clients (fleet or automotive industry background is advantageous but not essential)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to workload management
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
* Adaptability, a practical mindset, and the ability to work independently without unnecessary oversight
