In central Crawley, part of a growing provider, this lovely nursery are looking for an experienced Room Leader to join their team as Third in Charge, supporting the room and working alongside the management team. Working a 40 hr week, salary is c£32k depending on experience.

Essential for the Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
Ideal Candidate
Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
