RECRUITMENTiQ is currently working in partnership with a local charity organisation who are looking to recruit a Quality Advice Supervisor. Your role will be to supervise delivery of the advice services, including supervision of advice sessions in our Worcester office. To ensure the quality of advice given to service users meets required standards. To work with key staff to recruit and train volunteers and develop the channels of advice accessible to our clients. More details of the role are included in our Job Pack. Ideally we are looking for an individual with recent experience of advice work either as a supervisor or as a general advisor. We are also willing to consider other candidates with transferable skills, which meet the person specification, training will be provided.
