Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
* Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
* Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, striving for customer satisfaction.
* Manage time effectively to ensure all tables are attended to promptly during busy periods.
* Handling both cash and card payments with efficiency and accuracy.
* Aiding the managers with closing procedures.
Requirements
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a serving role.
* Strong understanding of hospitality principles and guest service excellence.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is an advantage.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
