You’ll work with established logistics clients, recruit HGV drivers, and help grow new business across the region.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing client relationships to sourcing talent and closing roles
* Deliver targeted hiring solutions aligned with our Industry.
* Quickly understand the terminology and driver compliance
* Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to business growth
What We Are Looking For
* 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in recruitment or B2B sales
* A proven track record of hitting targets, ideally within a consultative sales environment
* Someone intellectually curious, autonomous, and accountable
* Confident, personable, and trustworthy
* The ability to learn and communicate effectively with clients
* A logistics background would be an advantage, though it is not essential

As a Recruitment Consultant,
Your role will be critical in our search for the best talent Your role will be to identify and build long term relationships with the best candidates in the sector with the opportunity to branch out into emerging markets. Once identified and qualified we will take these candidates to the market, effectively matching them with our clients and new opportunities in their industry.
Business Development –
This is a crucial part of your role and day-to-day activities and will determine how successful you are. Generate meetings with decision makers for business development - Proactively deliver new vacancies - Seek new opportunities from new and existing clients - Negotiate terms and rates with clients - Use all BD calls to gain as much market intelligence as possible and share with the team.
