Job Overview
Argyll and Bute Council's Customer Engagement Team is seeking a Customer Service Centre Agent based at Kilmory Reception, Lochgilphead. This full-time position involves working 35 hours per week, primarily dealing with visitors and managing calls through our busy Customer Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing high-quality, customer-focused service within the Customer Service Centre team.
2. Offering advice and information on Council Services via various channels, including CRM, FAQ system, email, internet, and telephone.
3. Ensuring compliance with Data Protection and Health & Safety legislation.
4. Carrying out duties in accordance with Council policies, service guidelines, and procedures.
