Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a professional, ethical, and client-focused broking service to major commercial clients
* Manage complex and multi-layered risks across a diverse portfolio of sectors including:
o Property Management
o Life Sciences
o Construction
o Manufacturing
o Additional commercial industries
* Provide authoritative technical guidance to clients and colleagues
* Collaborate with insurers and market partners to secure robust and innovative insurance solutions
* Support the strategic direction of key accounts
* Strengthen and maintain long-term client and insurer relationships
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the technical broking function
Experience & Skills Required
* Minimum 5 years commercial or corporate broking experience
* Proven track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships
* Experience handling complex commercial risks
* Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial insurance classes
* Experience using Acturis (preferred)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Professional, ethical and client-centric approach
