As an Internal Talent Resourcer you’ll attract the top talent from candidate pools to ensure the positions are filled with the best possible candidates. You’ll source and attract new candidates by using databases, job boards, it will be your job to support the principal recruitment consultant with certain tasks. This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.

Building Talent pools within certain geographical locations
Reviewing CV’s to assess the required skillset
Supporting the wider recruitment team with day to day administrative tasks
Providing the necessary data to the Head of Talent and the HR department
What you know:
Experience in the recruiting process
Strong IT skills and being an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
Completed your higher education, such as A-Level or equivalent. Have a minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
The best practice for safeguarding, health & safety, inclusion and diversity and confidentiality, in addition to any other relevant employment legislation
