About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Moreton is an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" nursery with a capacity of 105 children, offering a stimulating, purpose-built environment that delivers high standards of childcare. The nursery emphasizes outdoor play and hands-on learning experiences, helping children explore their imaginations and engage with nature, which boosts observation skills and self-confidence. Location details: off the M53 at Junction 2A on Upton Road; nearby bus stops Croft Drive and Seaforth Drive (routes 129, 413, 414, 423, 643). Free staff parking is available.

Responsibilities and Expectations
* Involvement in planning stimulating activities for children in line with the EYFS
* Assist in delivering high-quality childcare, maintaining a professional and positive outcome for children and staff
* Build effective relationships with children, parents and team members
* Ensure each child’s individual needs are met
* Contribute to safeguarding of all children
* Work towards the apprenticeship standards provided by Busy Bees Education and Training with an expectation of completion within the agreed timeframe
* Be enthusiastic and proactive in developing own skills within the workplace
* Demonstrate commitment to continued professional development
* Communicate with line manager regarding activities and progress in the room
As an Apprentice, you will be mentored by qualified staff and attend bespoke Learning & Development courses. A Development Coach will visit your nursery to assess progress and guide you through the apprenticeship.
Requirements
To apply you must be working or caring for children (voluntary or paid). Desirable: Level 2 in Early Years, Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or Functional Skills Level 2.
