*Job Summary* We are looking for a skilled Bakery chef to join our team in a bustling bakery setting. The ideal candidate will have a experience, running a cafe/ bakery, cooking pies, and bakery products, and baking and creating delicious treats for our customers.
*Duties* - Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, and other baked goods -
Monitor oven temperatures and adjust recipes to ensure quality -
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace -
Assist in ordering and managing inventory of baking supplies -
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations *Requirements* -
Previous experience as a Baker or similar role, trainig will be given
Knowledge of basic baking techniques and recipes -
Understanding of food safety practices -
Ability to work and organised small bakery and cafe -
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - Qualifications in relevant field is advantageous, training will be given.
Please note as we are a bakery, its early start at 4.45 am- finish around 11.30am
