DM Safety & Health Services is a leading independent Health & Safety consultancy, proudly serving clients nationwide since 2008. Based in the North West, we've built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality HSE services across a wide range of sectors. As we continue to grow, we're looking to expand our back-office support team with a proactive and organised Administrative Support professional.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in supporting our Advisors and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Training Coordination: Schedule training courses, produce certificates and registers, and maintain the training matrix.
* Reporting: Compile audit reports following site inspections.
* Travel & Diary Management: Book travel and manage Advisor diaries, ensuring they have everything they need.
* Advisor Oversight: Maintain awareness of the location and availability of our UK-wide network of Advisors, ensuring they are gainfully employed at all times and that we are on track to meet all contractual client obligations each month.
* Client Presentations: Create monthly KPI reports and PowerPoint presentations for clients.
* General Admin: Support the wider team with multi-level administrative tasks.
You'll be based at our Bramhall office and work closely with a supportive team of experienced Managers, Advisors, and Admin professionals.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is confident, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Ideally, you'll bring:
* 5+ years' experience in an administrative role
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
* A practical, solution-focused mindset
* A team player who can step in and support colleagues when needed
Bonus: Experience in Health & Safety is a plus, but not essential – full training will be provided.
