What you'll be doing as a Sous chef at The Bull: Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running a smooth and efficient kitchen Help lead and mentor junior team members Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials Be hands-on during busy service periods About you, our new Sous Chef at The Bull: A passion for creating delicious, seasonal dishes.
