Role Purpose
The Data / Process Analyst is responsible for transforming our experience of using SAP throughout our business. A core part of the role is supporting colleagues across the dairy - helping them resolve issues, understand root causes, and confidently use systems and processes.
This role is full‑time (37.5 hours per week) and offers flexible working hours.
This is a fixed term role for 9 months.
Key Responsibilities
Issue Resolution & Colleague Support
* Act as a first point of support for colleagues experiencing system or process issues.
* Diagnose problems, identify root causes, and guide colleagues through resolution steps.
* Ensure colleagues understand why issues occur and how to prevent them in the future, building confidence and capability across teams.
Process Analysis & Improvement
* Analyse existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Challenge current ways of working and redesign process flows to optimise performance within the factory environment.
* Collaborate with operational teams to embed improved processes.
Training & Documentation
* Train Key Users across the business so they become UK subject-matter experts for core systems.
* Create clear, concise training materials for all roles—ensuring content is accessible, practical, and easy to follow.
* Deliver training sessions tailored to colleague skill levels and needs.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
* Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a supportive approach to working with colleagues.
* Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and issues.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent IT and data skills, including strong proficiency in Excel and Word.
* Experience in issue resolution and/or training others.
Desirable
* Experience working in operational, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
* SAP experience (highly advantageous).
* Experience with training teams is also highly advantageous
* Diagnose problems, identify root causes, and guide colleagues through resolution steps.
* Ensure colleagues understand why issues occur and how to prevent them in the future, building confidence and capability across teams.

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
