About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Driver/Yard Operative to join our national client's team on a temporary basis in Poole, Dorset. This is a hands-on role, supporting operations by driving a 3.5t van, assisting with the efficient loading and unloading of vehicles, and carrying out general yard duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving a 3.5t van to support deliveries and collections as required
* Assisting drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of vehicles
* Organising and maintaining stock within the yard
* Ensuring the yard is kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times
* Carrying out manual handling tasks in line with health and safety procedures
* Supporting general yard operations, including preparing materials for dispatch
